wedding jewellery 2011

A few bridal orders have been coming in over the last month so I think it is time for a blog post! I love making bridal jewellery and it is lovely to know that a bride will be wearing my designs on her special day.

I have a range of wedding jewellery in my shops, perfect for brides and bridesmaids, using freshwater and swarovski pearls, simple metals and vintage charms.

I also love to work on custom pieces, so contact me if you'd like something made just for you.

new pictures and freshening up for summer

I've been a busy little jewellery maker lately, I've added some new designs to my shops and I have also been reshooting pictures (helped by this lovely bright weather) for the summer wedding season.

I've just had a very nice parcel of vintage beads arrive so there will be some new vintage designs very soon, including more flowers!

an array of new things!

I have been slowly but surely been adding new things to my shops over the last few weeks, time for new ideas is tight but I am hoping for more things soon - more rings, more vintage beads and some more bridal jewellery.

All of these pieces are in my Etsy shop and selected pieces in my other shops.

pearl custom bridal order

A friend contacted me recently to make some bracelets and necklaces for her bridesmaids, she liked the design of the Classic Pearl teardrop necklace but wanted circles instead. I used glass pearls in a lovely ivory white and a central circle to form the focal on the necklaces and bracelets.

I really enjoyed making these and also delivering them in person - I do like seeing peoples faces when they get their jewellery - a lovely feeling.

Both designs are now available in my shops, Etsy, Folksy and Dawanda.

I will be listing new pearl colours after my holiday too. Yay!
